Tickets is a Joomla® extension that lets your users add tickets from the frontend of the site, and you can manage them from the administrator interface of the site.

You can choose who is in charge of managing tickets (agents), and choose the default agent for new tickets. People and agents can attach files to each ticket reply.

E-mails are sent to alert agents when tickets are added, assigned or updated, and users are alerted via email when an agent replies.

Most notable features:

  • Private tickets: Features private tickets communications between you and your customers or site users.

  • Multiple agents: Add as many agents as you want, with one being the default agent for new tickets. Quickly assign a ticket to an agent.

  • Email notifications: The extension sends email communications for every reply that’s been added. You and your customers will be alerted.

  • Multilanguage: English, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Portuguese ready, adding your own is quick!

  • Simple as it can be: We’ve used many ticketing solutions, this is the easiest you can find, it just works without sacrifying core functionalities.
